| The lifetime data given on our homepage are for reference only and are no absolute values. Lamp lifetime data up to 10000 hours is based on larger test batches and characterises the time up to 50% of the test lamps have failed. Tests are being carried out under laboratory conditions with stabilised alternating voltage. Higher lifetime data is based upon the calculation of the evaporation rate of tungsten at the given colour temperature. Overvoltage tests are helping to evaluate these calculations. |

| The lifetime is also being influenced by various production methods and different materials used by the respective manufacturers. Also DC use, shock and vibration, voltage changes, ambient temperature over 100 degrees Celsius, serial wiring, flashing or switch operation may have impacts. |
